This policy describes data handling on the Koimori marketing website at koimori.aureliendossantos.com. Koimori is developed independently by Aurélien Dos Santos in Toulouse, France. This policy covers the website and newsletter signup; the released game may receive separate privacy information if future updates require it.

## Information you provide

If you join the newsletter, the email address you enter is sent directly to Brevo, the email delivery provider, so Koimori can send release and project updates. If you contact the developer, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include are used to understand and answer the request. Please do not send sensitive credentials or payment information.

## Services loaded by this website

The homepage can load an embedded YouTube trailer, a Steam store widget, Google Fonts, and Brevo's newsletter form script. Those providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details, referral URL, and the time of a request under their own privacy terms. The website host, Vercel, also processes ordinary server logs needed to deliver, secure, and diagnose the site. Koimori does not sell personal information.

## Choices and retention

Every newsletter message should include an unsubscribe link. Use it to stop future newsletter mail. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal obligations.
